Account Director Opportunity

Bellrock Group is seeking a highly skilled Account Director to lead a national, high-profile account in the retail and leisure sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sustainable growth, statutory compliance, and operational performance in line with contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Full accountability for all commercial and operational aspects of the account, ensuring all contractual obligations are met across the portfolio.
  2. Manage a P&L of circa £12m, demonstrating value for money to the client while managing risk and identifying opportunities for strengthening the relationship.
  3. Strategically develop the account in partnership with the client, offering additional services and value-added solutions as appropriate.
  4. Develop strong client relationships based on trust, providing timely responses to requests for help and support.
  5. Ensure continuous improvement across the account through effective and efficient complaint resolution, identifying root causes and corrective actions.
  6. Measure and monitor satisfaction across the account, providing detailed reporting and analysis on satisfaction trends, together with improvement plans as necessary.
  7. Develop a Business Continuity Plan for the account.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 5 years' management and operational experience in client-facing, national, multi-site FM contracts in the retail and leisure sector.
  2. Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team with a hands-on approach when needed.
  3. Budgetary management of a P&L of circa £15-20m.
  4. Commercial experience in delivering all contractual obligations.
  5. Demonstrable evidence of organically growing an account.
  6. Data management, analysis, and reporting.

Working Arrangements:
