IT Infrastructure Analyst

Are you an IT Infrastructure Analyst looking for a new challenge? Do you have experience with ERP systems and a passion for ensuring their smooth operation? We are seeking an ERP Systems Analyst to join our team.

You will be responsible for supporting the development and maintenance of our current ERP systems across Europe. This includes providing daily operations support, performing diagnostics, error logs and updates, and keeping the system updated with requests, issues and resolutions.

• Provide technical support for our ERP systems
• Work closely with stakeholders to identify and implement improvements
• Develop and maintain accurate records of system updates, requests, issues and resolutions
• Offer training and support to end-users

Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

• Minimum 3 years' experience with ERP implementation
• Strong knowledge of large ERP systems such as Monitor / Syspro
• Experience working with Manufacturing, Customer Service, Purchasing and Finance modules
