The Role

We are seeking a skilled solicitor to join our growing Residential Conveyancing Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of residential property transactions, providing advice and guidance to clients, and liaising with estate agents, mortgage lenders, and third-party solicitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on all aspects of the conveyancing process
  • Liaise with estate agents, mortgage lenders, and third-party solicitors to ensure smooth transaction progression
  • Draft and amend all documentation supporting the conveyancing transaction, including advice notes, letters, and post-completion and registration documents
  • Adhere to client service standards and contribute to business development initiatives
Requirements
  • Demonstrate ability to prioritize tasks, manage pressure, and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and IT skills, with a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage competing needs and expectations
  • Willingness to work outside core hours if necessary
