An exceptional school in the North London borough of Barnet is seeking an experienced Educational Support Specialist to work with students who have Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and challenging behaviours.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping young people overcome personal and academic challenges. Prior experience working with children in roles such as sports coaching, youth groups or the care sector is valuable. However, experience supporting students with SEMH and challenging behaviours would be a significant advantage.

The estimated salary for this position is around £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
