Language Acquisition Specialist

**Job Description:**
We are seeking an exceptional Language Acquisition Specialist to join our highly successful and well-resourced department at Wayman Learning Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching MFL (Modern Foreign Languages) at KS3 & KS4.
About the Role:
- Teach MFL to students at KS3 & KS4 in a mixed school with excellent behaviour and able students.
- Collaborate with the approachable and supportive head of department to develop curriculum and instructional strategies.
- Participate in department meetings and contribute to the development of MFL programs.

Requirements:
- A formal teaching qualification with QTS (i.e. PGCE) and a strong background in teaching MFL.

- The ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to the development of the MFL department.
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
