GP Partner or Salaried Doctor

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled General Practitioner to join our dynamic team at Craneswater Group Practice in Southsea, Portsmouth. As a GP Partner or Salaried Doctor, you will be part of a supportive and friendly established training practice, where we prioritize patient care and professional development.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality medical care to patients, including routine telephone and face-to-face appointments, with options for video consultations.
- Work collaboratively with our team, including GP partners, salaried doctors, ANPs, practice nurses, and HCAs, to deliver excellent patient outcomes.
- Contribute to the development of our practice, including inputting to strategic and practice development requirements, and suggesting improvements for change in a positive and inclusive manner.
- Fully qualified GP with GMC registration and on the medical performers list.
- Enhanced and disclosure and barring service check, and a full UK driving licence.
- Ability to work within the changing structures of the NHS and comply with regulatory requirements.
As a GP Partner or Salaried Doctor, you will enjoy an attractive financial package, including payment of medical defence fees, and the opportunity to develop your skills and interests in a supportive environment. We offer a dynamic and friendly team, a good CQC rating, and high QOF achievement. Our practice is a member of the Portsmouth South Coast Primary Network, with shared AARS team and access to acute visiting services, primary care MSK team, primary care talking therapy, mental health hub, and social prescribing team.
We have a Portsmouth Target in place, with 10 protected education/practice development sessions each year. Our practice owns and works from two established premises in Southsea, with options to 'buy in'. We welcome informal enquiries and visits, and look forward to meeting you.
