HR Advisor

Are you a seasoned HR professional looking for a dynamic role where no two days are the same? We're seeking an HR Advisor to join our team at Morgan Ryder Associates, where you'll play a key role in driving employee engagement, policy development, and overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Employee Relations: Support a healthy working environment by assisting managers and supervisors with investigations, disciplinaries, grievances, absenteeism, and flexible working applications. Deputise for the HR Manager as required.
  • Shape Company Culture: Assist the HR Manager and leadership teams with the development and implementation of new HR policies and long-term business improvement projects.
  • Training & Development: Support managers with site-wide training programs, maintain the annual training plan, and communicate any changes to employment law or company policies. Support recruitment, onboarding, and inductions for new starters.
  • Payroll: Support payroll processing activities and manage any enquiries.
Requirements:
  • Experience as a HR Advisor/Generalist/Business Partner in a unionised environment.
  • Passionate about HR, driving change, and fostering a positive work environment.
