**About the Role**

We are seeking a skilled Casual Chef to join our team at Windsor Racecourse, working closely with our talented culinary team to deliver exceptional food and service to our guests.

As a Casual Chef, you will be responsible for:

  • Working collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations
  • Preparing high-quality meals and maintaining consistency in our food offerings
  • Adhering to strict health, hygiene, and allergen standards
  • Assisting with deliveries, stock rotation, and compliance paperwork
  • Being adaptable and flexible to meet the needs of the kitchen

**Ideal Candidate**

We are looking for candidates with:

  • At least two years' experience in a professional kitchen environment
  • Ability to work to deadlines set by Sous Chef or Head Chef
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety, HACCP, and allergen reporting
  • Food Safety Level 2 Certification (or equivalent)
  • Good oral communication and high attention to detail
  • Enthusiasm to develop skills and knowledge
  • Adaptability to change and willingness to embrace new ideas
