Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Deputy Site Security Controller to join our team at IO Associates. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and compliance of our New Malden facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support security management of the NG UKL facility
  • Work to security assurance and compliance policies and procedures
  • Assist with communications of security policies
  • Support the completion of regular compliance questionnaires
  • Maintain internal relationships to promote best practice security standards
  • Assist with awareness training for security requirements
  • Manage and maintain:
    • Risk Management and Accreditation Document sets
    • Security Management Plans
    • Security Operating Procedures
    • The effectiveness of Security Controls

Requirements:

  • Completed DISA Security Controllers course
  • Experience of security controls in a MOD capacity, for FSC compliance
  • Experience of developing security policy and standards
  • Relevant security certifications
  • Managing defence security awareness at business level

Travel: Yes, 10% of the Time

Clearance Type: SC Clearance

UK Citizenship Required:
