Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum

Job Description
The role involves teaching Maths to pupils aged 11-18 across Key Stage 3 and 4. You will be expected to deliver engaging lessons, manage classroom behaviour effectively, and develop the confidence, language, and social skills of your students.

Required Skills and Qualifications
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• In-depth knowledge of the National Curriculum for Maths
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to think on your feet and adapt to new environments

Key Responsibilities
• Building strong relationships with pupils and colleagues
• Supporting individualised student programmes
• Developing and implementing effective behaviour management strategies
• Engaging with students, parents, and staff to ensure a positive learning environment
