About the Company

The business has experienced rapid growth, driven by both organic and acquisitive expansion, and is now looking for a talented individual to join their team as a Financial Planning and Analysis Leader. As a key member of the finance team, you will work closely with the Chief Financial Officer to drive the business' strategy forward.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Driving the annual budgeting process and analysis
  • Developing and maintaining financial models, including analyzing key business KPIs
  • Business partnering with various stakeholders across the organization
  • Creating dashboards to support management and external stakeholders' decision-making processes
  • Driving growth through commercial and transformation-focused initiatives
  • Delivering acquisition accounting, including working with internal and external stakeholders, including the M&A integrations team
  • Preparing board packs and presenting to senior stakeholders

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • ACCA / CIMA / ACA qualification
  • Experience with financial modeling
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in PowerBi and data visualization
