We are seeking a skilled Private Client Paralegal to join our team at Simpson Judge Ltd. As a Private Client Paralegal, you will play a vital role in assisting Fee Earners and Solicitors in Private Client Matters, including Wills, Trusts, LPA, COP, Trusts, and estate administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Fee Earners and Solicitors in Private Client Matters, including conducting legal research and preparing documentation.
  • Assist with client meetings and communications, ensuring exceptional service to valued clients.
  • Manage administrative tasks related to client files, including updating case management systems and liaising with clients and third parties.
  • Collaborate with solicitors to ensure smooth case progression.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant within Private Client.
  • Experience assisting in Wills, Trusts, LPA, COP, Trusts, and estate administration.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
