Job Title: Solicitor/Legal Executive

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Solicitor/Legal Executive to join our dynamic team at FR Recruitment & Training Limited. As a Solicitor/Legal Executive, you will have the opportunity to work on complex and challenging cases involving employers' and public liability claims from start to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing a caseload of EL/PL claims from inception to resolution
  • Conducting thorough legal research and providing sound legal advice to clients
  • Preparing and drafting legal documents, including pleadings and witness statements
  • Negotiating settlements and representing clients in court when necessary
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure the successful outcome of cases
  • Keeping up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations
Requirements:
  • Qualified or Non-Qualified Lawyer with a minimum of 1 year's experience in Personal Injury Litigation - claimant EL/PL, but will consider someone from a defendant background
  • Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and case law
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional client service
