Job Summary:

CSA Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced New Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers in the energy sector. Your primary focus will be on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key decision-makers, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the energy sector
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, prospecting, and lead generation
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide solutions to customers

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, sales)
  • 6+ years of sales experience in the energy sector or a related industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
