We are seeking a skilled Pizza Chef Assistant to join our team at Franco Manca, the pioneers of Sourdough Pizza. As a Pizza Chef Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our pizzeria teams and contributing to the success of our restaurants.
As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of ingredients and develop your skills in a fast-paced kitchen environment. You will be responsible for maintaining high health and safety standards, working effectively with a pizza oven, and communicating clearly with the Head Pizza Chef and Restaurant Manager.
We offer a range of benefits, including a guaranteed pay rate, payments every 2 weeks, and a Tronc Scheme. You will also have access to ongoing personal growth and development opportunities through our Franco Academy, which will help you to become a skilled Head Pizza Chef.
Our ideal candidate will have experience of working in a busy kitchen environment, be able to lead a team in the absence of the Head Pizza Chef, and possess a hands-on attitude and a passion for producing high-quality pizzas.
