Job Title: Event Sales Consultant

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Professional to join our team at JobsBatch. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through the development and execution of sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the sales process from initial contact through to order delivery, ensuring seamless customer experiences and maximizing sales opportunities.
  • Lead generation through various channels, including market intelligence, customer referrals, and industry events.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities and upselling/cross-selling products and services.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage social media platforms, email marketing, and other digital channels to generate leads and drive sales.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and ensure competitiveness.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales and business development experience in a similar industry or sector.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, customer relationships, and business development strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales order management software.
  • Full product training and knowledge of the industry.
