About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Advantage Healthcare. As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Responsibilities

• Support clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
  
• Assist with medication management and administration.
  
• Prepare meals and snacks for clients.
  
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
  

Requirements

• Previous experience in a care setting is not necessary, but a willingness to learn and develop your skills is essential.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
