Job Title: Senior Construction Project Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Construction Project Manager to join our innovative team at Brandon James. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all project activities throughout their entire life cycle, including delivering new constructions, renovations, and reconfigurations for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with our team to conduct feasibility studies and options appraisals
- Develop scopes of work with support from design consultants
- Assume a leadership role in managing project activities
- Deliver new constructions, renovations, and reconfigurations for our clients
Requirements:
- Relevant project management or building surveying degree
- Ability to handle most RIBA stages
- MRICS/MAPM/MCIOB Chartered or working towards
- Consultancy construction project management experience
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
