Job Summary:

As a skilled Panel Beater and Technician, you will be working closely with a supportive team of 10 technicians and 5 office staff at Ascend Talent. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team and take your career to the next level.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for carrying out rapid vehicle repairs as part of our around the clock repair service. With a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Panel Technician, Panel Beater, or in an Automotive Body Repair role, you will be able to hit the ground running and make a significant contribution to our team.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive bonus scheme, with technicians currently earning more per car. There is also plenty of overtime available, with a minimum of 5 hours per week. In addition, you will have access to additional training and career progression opportunities, with all senior management starting on the shop floor.
