Job SummaryWe are seeking a compassionate and skilled Care Companion to join our team. As a Care Companion, you will provide day-to-day support and companionship to our clients, assisting with daily living activities, personal care, and household tasks. You will work closely with our clients to understand their unique needs and preferences, and develop a personalized care plan to meet their requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist clients with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, household chores, and medication management
- Offer companionship and social interaction to clients, engaging in activities such as conversation, reading, and hobbies
- Develop and maintain a strong relationship with clients, understanding their needs and preferences
- Work collaboratively with other care professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
- Previous experience in a care setting, preferably in a live-in care environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
