We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our team at The Entertainer in Ashby De La Zouch Tesco Extra. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, maintaining a well-organized and visually appealing store environment, and working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Merchandising and handling deliveries to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers
  • Replenishing stock, maintaining pricing, and implementing promotions to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and offering product recommendations to enhance the customer experience
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including the toy aisles and surrounding areas
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs
Requirements
  • Flexibility to work Monday to Saturday, between the hours of 8am and 7pm
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Basic knowledge of toys and games, with a willingness to learn and develop product knowledge
