Home Support Worker

About the Role:
As a Home Support Worker, you will provide essential care and support to individuals in their homes, enabling them to live safely and independently.
You will be responsible for assisting with daily tasks, such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, and basic housekeeping, as well as providing companionship and emotional support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare meals and assist with mealtime
- Perform basic housekeeping duties, such as cleaning and laundry
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assist with mobility and transfer clients as needed
Requirements:
- Compassion and empathy for clients
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift and move clients as needed
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
