Teaching Assistant for SEN Pupils

We are currently working with a specialist school near Leatherhead who are looking for Learning Support Assistants to support pupils with SEN and SEMH needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to students with special educational needs (SEN) in classroom settings
  • Assist with the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs)
  • Support students with learning difficulties or disabilities in accessing the curriculum
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other professionals to create a supportive learning environment
Requirements:
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
  • Prior experience working with children or individuals with special educational needs
Working Conditions:
  • Work primarily in a school setting
  • Full-time hours, Monday to Friday
