Warehouse Operative

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Warehouse Operative to join our team at People Solutions Group Limited. As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, working closely with our team to receive, store, and dispatch goods efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Receive and dispatch goods as required, adhering to warehouse targets and standards.
- Load and unload customer goods safely and securely, maintaining high levels of housekeeping standards.
- Pick goods from stock for our store customers, meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and handling items up to 25kg.
- Count stock, kimball, and re-bag as necessary to maintain stock quality.
- Provide exceptional internal and external customer care, ensuring customer goods are handled carefully and correctly.
- Perform other relevant duties as directed by management to ensure the effective performance of the warehouse operation.
- Must have own transport due to the location of the site.
- Punctuality and good time-keeping skills are essential.
- Previous warehouse experience is required for this role.
- Must be able to speak/read a certain level of English to follow instruction and be safe on site.
- Flexibility and ability to work overtime as and when required.
- Ability to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines.
- This is a physical role, so you must be physically fit to lift and carry items up to 25kg.
- You must pass a Drug & Alcohol Test and a basic English & Numeracy Test.
- You must have the Right to Work in the UK and be able to prove this.
