OAKLANDS GLOBAL is recruiting an experienced C-Check Manager for a reputable client based in Manchester & Birmingham.



This role will oversee maintenance inputs, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive operational excellence.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Leading maintenance teams to ensure aircraft projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Certifying aircraft for release to service while ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Delivering daily updates on maintenance progress and key milestones to senior management.
  • Managing team performance, handling task allocation, appraisals, and fostering team development.
  • Ensuring high health, safety, and cleanliness standards are maintained across your work area.
  • Carrying out and overseeing audits to uphold quality, tool, and equipment standards.


Requirements:


  • A Category B Licensed Engineer with C certification for specific aircraft types.
  • At least 5 years of Base Maintenance experience as a B1 and/or B2 certifying engineer.
  • Strong knowledge of Part Aviation Legislation.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and management skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to a fast-moving and ever-changing work environment.
