About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Meallmore. As a key member of our hospitality services team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our residents.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example, demonstrating attention to detail and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of housekeeping.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment for residents and staff.
  • Manage and motivate a team of housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and maintain a positive working relationship with colleagues.
  • Monitor and control budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing waste.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in housekeeping or a related field, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
