Manufacturing Operations Director

About the Role
The Group Maintenance Manager will oversee the maintenance of all operating assets and facilities across various locations. Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, this senior management position requires a strong leader with experience in influencing manufacturing maintenance departments.
This strategic role involves designing and implementing new processes to enhance efficiency, maximising equipment availability, shift patterns, and PPM schedules. A team of around 40 mechanical and electrical engineers will be under your supervision.

Requirements
