Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director Cost Management to join our team at RPS Group in Manchester. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for leading cost management initiatives and ensuring the company's financial planning and control processes are aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement cost management strategies to optimize financial performance
  • Lead cross-functional teams to analyze and improve financial processes
  • Collaborate with senior management to establish financial planning and control processes
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to inform business decisions

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in cost management and financial planning
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
