We are currently seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Mandeville. As a Sales Expansion Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective business development strategies to drive revenue growth.

About the Job

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our business. In this role, you will spend 50% of your time in the office managing strategies and supporting the sales team, and 50% engaging directly with customers to build and maintain relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective business development strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Lead and support a small sales team, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback
  • Identify and build relationships with new customers to expand our client base
