Sous Chef Role Overview

We are a family of 79 pubs and restaurants, committed to reducing our carbon footprint, working sustainably and supporting our local communities. Our dynamic kitchen environment is looking for a passionate Senior Sous Chef who can drive the food culture and contribute to our culinary team that values creativity and individuality.

Key responsibilities include running the kitchen alongside the Head Chef, developing new dishes and keeping the team and customers engaged. The role requires previous experience in catering and hospitality, as well as a positive attitude.

The ideal candidate will be able to lead by example and motivate the team to provide excellent customer service while maintaining high standards in food preparation and presentation.

About the Role
This opportunity offers a competitive salary of 36,000 GBP per annum, paid overtime, cycle to work scheme, 1000 referral bonus for introducing new team members and free meals on shift.
