Job Description:

This Clinical Development Lead role involves overseeing the development and implementation of clinical strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

  • Key responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, managing budgets, and developing strategic plans to achieve business goals.
  • The successful candidate will have expertise in clinical research, drug development, and project management, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • This individual will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective issue resolution.
  • The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of clinical trial processes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • They will also be skilled in data analysis, statistical modeling, and interpretation, with the ability to communicate complex findings effectively.
Your Qualifications:
  • An advanced degree in life sciences or healthcare is required for this position.
  • The ideal candidate should have 7 years of involvement in clinical research or drug development, spanning clinical activities in Phases I-IV.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in conducting clinical trials – planning, implementing, reporting, and publishing.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish strong scientific partnerships with key collaborators.
  • Proficient English language skills are essential.
Salary Range:

The estimated annual salary for this position is €140,000 - €200,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
