Job Description:
We are seeking a Respiratory Physiotherapist to take on a leadership role in our Home Ventilation team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the continued growth and development of our service.

In this role, you will be responsible for sharing 24-hour non-medical responsibility for the home ventilation service, ensuring effective management of resources for planned and emergency activity. You will also contribute to the continuing development of the Home Ventilation team and be responsible for the delivery and quality of services provided.

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Physiotherapist with extensive recent experience in the specialty of home ventilation/non-invasive ventilation and/or Respiratory Medicine or relevant specialty. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrable leadership skills and organisational ability at senior level, and proven change management and practice development skills.

Salary: £58,000 - £75,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
- Share 24-hour non-medical responsibility for the home ventilation service
- Ensure effective management of resources for planned and emergency activity

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in health-related subject / degree of equivalent in physiotherapy
- Relevant short courses to demonstrate a level of experience that equates to Masters level education or willing to undertake
- Specialist knowledge of the home ventilation service/non-invasive ventilation
- Recognised teaching/assessing qualification or demonstrable equivalent experience
- Chartered Physiotherapist
- HCPC Registration
- Recognised leadership/management qualification
