We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team in the New Homes sector. This role will involve developing relationships with developers, winning instructions to new sites, and ensuring the relationship is maintained to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Forge and develop relationships with developers in the area.
  • Win instructions to new sites.
  • Gain and maintain Sole Agency.
  • Ensure the relationship is developed and maintained to a high standard.
  • Be the central point of contact for the Regional Sales Managers and the Sales Directors.
  • Be aware of any new sites in the area and evaluate potential opportunities for the company.

Requirements:

  • Preferably experience in New Homes Sales with an Estate Agency or builder/developer.
  • Able to build relationships and deliver sales in a target-driven environment.
  • Outstanding customer care/customer service experience.
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented.
  • Self-motivated, able to work autonomously, and act on your own initiative.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems).
