About the Job:
Sustainable Talent is looking for a highly experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor - HV Transmission to join our team. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and managing cost estimates, budgets, and valuations for high voltage projects, including substations, overhead lines, and cable installations.

The ideal candidate will have a degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related field. Experience working on National Grid Transmission Owner (TO) or Distribution Network Operator (DNO) projects is highly advantageous.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on major high voltage infrastructure projects that play a crucial role in the UK's energy future. Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare, review, and manage cost estimates, budgets, and valuations for high voltage projects
* Monitor and control project expenditures, ensuring accurate reporting and forecasting of project costs
* Provide regular commercial reports and updates to senior management and key stakeholders

Estimated Salary:£65,000 - £85,000 per annum.
