We're a large and established agency with a huge demand for teaching staff, and we're looking for a skilled resourcer to join our team. As a resourcer, you'll play a crucial role in sourcing and registering high-quality teaching candidates, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing excellent customer service.

Our ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication skills. You'll be responsible for:

  • Sourcing suitable teaching candidates from job boards and other sources
  • Interviewing and registering candidates
  • Processing DBS applications and compliance checks
  • Keeping track of pending candidates and ensuring they have access to relevant training and courses
  • Placing job adverts and answering queries from candidates
