Job Title: Storeman

At Bartlett Mitchell, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Storeman to join our team. As a Storeman, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment, adhering to our food safety policies and procedures.
  • Assist in receiving and storing goods, ensuring accurate inventory management and efficient stock rotation.
  • Record deliveries and conduct due diligence checks to ensure compliance with our quality standards.
  • Label and store food products correctly, and discard expired or spoiled items.
  • Ensure all kitchen areas, surfaces, utensils, and tools are clean and disinfected.
  • Perform basic vegetable and salad preparation tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • Food Safety Level 2 certificate.
  • Ability to read and understand company manuals and policies.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management and stock control.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
