Job Description:

As a Clinical Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of nursing and care colleagues to deliver high-quality patient care. Your primary objective will be to drive quality and maintain high standards of care through effective leadership and management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of nursing and care colleagues to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet individual patient needs
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care interventions
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Act as Named Nurse for allocated residents, providing individualized care and support

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN
  • Post-registration and management or supervisory experience in a care setting
  • First-level nursing registration
