About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Seasonal Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team in Winchester. As a key member of our grounds maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform grass cutting and various horticultural duties
  • Work outdoors from February to October
  • Assist in the maintenance of outdoor spaces, including parks and gardens
  • Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in grounds maintenance is advantageous, but not essential
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects
  • Full UK driving licence is beneficial for this role
