Cafe Bar Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Cafe Bar Supervisor to join our team at the Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring operational standards are maintained and delivering exceptional customer experiences during a wide range of events and activities.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the work of our bar team to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery
- Maintain operational standards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless event delivery
- Monitor and control inventory, supplies, and equipment to optimize resource utilization
