About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Swim Teacher. As a Swim Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality swimming lessons to children and adults, promoting water safety and confidence.

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service and ensuring the safety and well-being of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver swimming lessons to children and adults, following established lesson plans and guidelines
  • Communicate effectively with customers, including parents and guardians, to provide feedback and progress updates
  • Assist in the supervision of customers in the swimming pool and surrounding areas, ensuring their safety and discipline
  • Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting water safety and confidence
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of swimming lessons and programs
Requirements
  • Qualifications in swimming instruction or a related field (e.g., Level 2 Teaching Aquatics)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Enhanced DBS check
