About the Role

In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing cloud-based solutions using Java and related technologies. You'll work closely with our development team to ensure seamless integration with existing systems and collaborate with technical experts to design and implement cloud-based solutions. We're looking for someone who is passionate about cloud computing, has strong knowledge of Java, and experience with DevOps and automation technologies. As an Enterprise Software Development Expert, you'll play a key role in driving our success and will find opportunities to work in a variety of projects and technologies beyond your initial areas of subject matter expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement cloud-based solutions using Java and related technologies
  • Work with our development team to ensure seamless integration with existing systems
  • Collaborate with technical experts to design and implement cloud-based solutions
  • Contribute to the development of new features and functionalities
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree (with honors) or equivalent/better strongly preferred, but substantial relevant experience could substitute
  • Strong knowledge of core Java skills, with demonstrable experience
  • A strategic mentality, able to propose and articulate solutions to complex technical challenges whilst maintaining a balance against over-engineering
  • A critical thinker, with good analysis and investigatory skills with the ability to form good questions in real-time
  • Good organization skills, with the ability to multitask and self-organize, determining relative priority of work items

The estimated salary for this position is $160,000 - $220,000 per year, depending on experience.
