The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Stockroom Manager to join our team at Calvin Klein Jeans. As a Stockroom Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our stockroom and back-of-house processes. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering with the wider management team to drive business growth and achieve company objectives
  • Processing deliveries, transfers, and other stock-related duties with accuracy and efficiency
  • Organizing stock in the stockroom and implementing initiatives to improve stock management
  • Ensuring timely and accurate replenishment on the shop floor
  • Analyzing store-level reports and developing action plans to improve results
  • Participating in weekly management meetings and staff meetings
  • Communicating key performance expectations and sales results to staff
  • Managing communication boards and facility-related tasks
  • Leading the implementation of RFID technology in our stores
  • Building strong relationships with key departments and personnel
  • Compiling feedback on product and stock concerns, producing reports, and developing action plans
  • Conducting daily and weekly stockroom walks with the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager
  • Overseeing the rollout and operation of our in-store omnichannel and digital projects

Requirements

  • Previous experience in hospitality or retail
  • Previous stock handling experience
  • Effective communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly to change and work at pace
  • Knowledge of stock control systems, preferably FIORI, Store Force, and RFID
  • Strong people management skills, including conflict resolution
