Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lift Engineer to join our team at Interaction Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining, servicing, and repairing a range of vertical access equipment, including hoists, lifts, and rack & pinion systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and service vertical access equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety
  • Inspect and commission on-site machinery and systems, identifying and resolving electrical and mechanical faults
  • Represent the organization in a professional and well-presented manner, adhering to client processes and procedures
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with line management to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects
Requirements
  • Electrically and mechanically competent with a good working knowledge of electrical systems, including motors, converters, sensors, and control panels
  • Relevant qualifications, such as NVQ, City & Guilds, HNC, or HND in Electrical, Mechanical, or Traction, Hydraulic Systems, or Industrial Lifting Equipment
  • Full UK driving license and valid passport
  • Previous experience working as a Lift Engineer, Traction Engineer, Electrical or Mechanical Engineer, Offshore Engineer, or a qualified Electrician
