Maintenance Technologist

The One Group seeks a highly skilled Maintenance Technologist to support the maintenance team at its large manufacturing site. The successful candidate will have experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance on complex systems, with a strong understanding of GMP, validation, and compliance in a highly regulated sector.

This is a challenging role that requires minimal supervision and involves working at height or in confined spaces. The ideal candidate will be able to interpret technical documentation and work effectively as part of a team.

• Minimizing maintenance costs and equipment downtime

• Working at height or in confined spaces

• Experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance on complex systems
• Strong understanding of GMP, validation, and compliance
• Apprenticeship trained qualification with a level 3 and above certificate
• Competence in maintenance of facilities and process equipment
• Excellent English skills

The base salary for this role is approximately £43,960 per annum, plus a shift allowance and additional payment for being on call. The company also offers a range of benefits, including holiday time, medical and dental care, pension scheme, discretionary bonus scheme, and voucher scheme.

The shift pattern is flexible, with rotating 2 shifts from 06:00-14:15 or 13:45-22:00, Monday to Friday, with weekend cover and standby on rotation.
