An exciting opportunity has arisen for an On-Site Recruitment Consultant looking to take their next step and join the team at Challenge-trg.

Working on site at our clients in Thatcham, you will manage the complete candidate experience, from initial contact to placement, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Source and attract top talent to meet client needs
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and candidates
