Job Summary:
Mondelēz International is seeking a Logistics Training Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for delivering powered industrial vehicle training, adhering to accredited bodies such as ITSSAR/RTITB, to core manufacturing, logistics, and subcontractor teams on site.

In this role, you will:
  1. Manage PIV training for the Bournville site, adhering to the Mondelez 3-year training cycle
  2. Manage all associated admin for the department, including uploading training papers to SharePoint, ensuring 5 years' records are maintained, and supplier software account management
  3. Create truck-specific SOPs, ensuring they are maintained and current
  4. Evaluate course space utilization, flagging and reporting any no-shows
  5. Ensure contractor training invoicing/cross-charge requirements are recorded and communicated
  6. Host PIV BOS Safety presentations and conduct regular BOS conversations
  7. Support PIV safety incident investigations where required

Requirements:
We are looking for an experienced professional with relevant work experience in warehouse and/or production operations, inventory management, and handling material movement equipment. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, and strong collaboration and relationship management skills.

What We Offer:
This role offers a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits. If you are passionate about logistics and training, we encourage you to apply.
