About the Role

We are looking for someone with proven experience within a Quality, Health and Safety role, preferably in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable desire to learn and improve, as well as auditing and inspection experience. A keen interest in Health, Safety and Environmental issues is essential.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Operations Director to develop and implement our QHSE strategy across the business. They will be expected to use their knowledge gained from our internal training programme, alongside their existing industry experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitoring and investigation of all accidents/incidents and near misses.
  • Monitoring and maintenance of all sub-contractor documentation to ensure it is valid and up to date.
  • Monitoring employees submission and completion of H&S records.
  • Updating and maintaining legal register database.
  • Carrying out site H&S audit/inspections with the support of the Operations Director.
  • Development and delivery of training/toolbox talks to site crew and employees.
