We are seeking a passionate and committed Teacher to join our thriving primary school in Truro. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of our students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans to meet the needs of our students
  • Assess and evaluate student progress, using our school's marking policy to inform your teaching
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to promote good progress and outcomes for all students
  • Adapt your teaching to respond to the diverse needs and abilities of our students
  • Manage classroom behavior effectively, creating a positive and supportive learning environment
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the curriculum and its application in the classroom
  • Liaise with parents and carers to keep them informed of their child's progress
Requirements:

We are looking for a dedicated and talented teacher who is able to promote our school's ethos and values. You will be a caring and nurturing individual, able to adapt your teaching methods to meet the needs of our students. Experience working with students with SEND is desirable.
