Support Worker for Young People

As a Support Worker for Young People, you will be supporting children and young people with Emotional and Behavioral Disorders (EBD) on a 1 to 1 and group basis, taking an approach to ensure their needs are met. You will build strong relations with the young people, promoting a safe, trusting, and professional environment for them to develop.
Responsibilities:
* Support children and young people with EBD on a 1 to 1 and group basis
* Build strong relations with the young people
* Ensure the needs of the young people are met
* Participate in general household duties
* Provide behavioral and emotional support
Requirements:
* Full Right to Work
* Full UK driving license
* At least 6 months of experience within a Children\u2019s/Young people environment
* Residential Child Care or equivalent Lvl 3 (desirable)
