Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing client accounts, premiums, and claims
  • Assessing and submitting client and/or reinsurer presentation materials and communications
  • Working with credit control to assist with collection of funds
  • Managing all brokerage receivables, funding, retention, e-trading, post booking receipt, payment of funds, and all process steps
  • Resolving issues, problems, and queries

A successful candidate will have experience working within an Insurance technical or Claims Handling role, with a proven ability to manage workload and expectations of clients and stakeholders.
